The link with sea this pasta has it in itís name, which comes from the shape of the rings that obtained by cutting the squid.

Smooth and spacious, but with a porous surface that attracts the sauce to itself, our calamarata manages to accompany and at the same time to enhance the consistency of the ingredients we decide to combine it to.
The countless fish recipes are perhaps the most well-known combination or at least the one we carry in our memories, together with a glass of white wine and lots of laughter one summer evening.
