Never to fade away and always popular, symbol of Italy in the world, the spaghetti shape is the most common.
Rough and porous, they are the memory of when as a little girl at the beachside on the Adriatic coast I had lunch with my grand parents on the veranda. When coming home from the beach my grandmother from my mothers side used to make some amazing spaghetti with fresh tomatoe, basil and olive oil. After all simplicity is the best thing.
